If you are using a JavaScript capable browser, you won't see
anything between the following two horizontal lines. Turn off
JavaScript, though and you'll see the text we put between the
<NOSCRIPT> and </NOSCRIPT> tags.
To turn off JavaScript in Netscape Navigator, clear the
Enable JavaScript check box under Advanced section of the Preferences
dialog box (Netscape Navigator 4), or the
under the Language tab in the Network
Preferences dialog box (Netscape Navigator 3). Netscape
Navigator 2 does not recognize these tags so it
makes no difference whether it's turned on or off. Some early
versions of Netscape Navigator 3 may not recognize them, either.
Internet Explorer 3 recognizes them, and you cannot turn off
JavaScript in that browser.
This is the tag we used:
<NOSCRIPT>You'll only see this text if you are working with a
non-JavaScript enabled browser, with a JavaScript-enabled browser
that does not conform to the Navigator 3.0 level of JavaScript
(JavaScript 1.1), or if your browser has JavaScript turned off in
the Preferences.</NOSCRIPT>
